Landing in Natal

Post Posted: Sun Jan 07, 2007 5:08 pm

Hi All,
We are off to Natal tomorrow, (Monday 8th Jan 2007) And shall be looking forward to investigating the prospect of living in that area of Brazil. (North East corner). We got a good deal from Thompson's of only £399 return with hotel B&B which is really a good deal.

We are there for two weeks and shall be taking local buses in the country travlling down to Joao Passoa (a distance of about 350 klms) will collect details of the trips and costs of our stay, to give an Idea of the type of things you can expect.

I am hoping to post some photos when we get back, so see you all in two weeks.

Hi phsantos,

Well the trip out there was 11 hours (we had to stop off in Las Palmas to refuel) but it was worth it, We had a wonderful time the weather was fantastic and it was the hight of their summer 40 deg c.

We had been there in June last year (winter) and that was really good as well, you can see a pice that I have written for Expat Focus here;

I am in the process of writing one or two more articles about Recife and Odelinda which are tow more places we visited along the way, so keep your eyes peeled.
