Hi

I actually think that the idea and introduction of the course INBURGERING INTERGRATION is a good idea. What you need to remeber is that belgium is now fast becoming swamped with people from outside of the EU area, many of whom will not know about opening bank accounts, registering with the commune etc.

Also, on the plus side, Belgium has many many small butchers and bakers which still offer truly exceptional food at very good value for money.

Language wise - I would always take a one to one course for the fastest method of learning either Dutch or French.
