The British Lion is pleased to announce the opening of it's latest outlet in Balchik:

The new shop is located in "Marina City" on the seafront next to the "Hemmingway Restaurant". We have most of the stock there that we have in our other store in the top part of Balchik on Dunav St. In addition, however, we also stock a large selection of cold drinks and ice cream.

Do remember, apart from the usual excellent selection of steaks, bacon, burgers, pork pies, sausage rolls, pasties, sausages and other frozen foods and dry goods we have the usual huge selection of ambient goods in stock.

If you are ordering via the website, remember all our goods are overnighted by courier, so there is no need to wait weeks for delivery of your order. Alternatively, we can ship by ordinary post, which is cheaper, but takes a few days.

Balchik shop customers may place their orders and opt for SHOP COLLECTION.

Update on the British Lion:

The British Lion is pleased to announce that we are now offering our biggest ever discounts for the Autumn Season. With the weather cooler now, it may be an even better time for that barbecue, possibly right up to November if some of the recent autumns are anything to go by.

In order to facilitate that hedonism before winter sets in, the British Lion is offering a huge 25% discount on any order either purchased in either of the shops on Dunav St, Balchik or Marina City, Balchik or via the internet. The only stipulation is that the order must be for 199 leva or over. If you order for 398 leva, the discount will apply each time.

We have no problem in shipping frozen goods to most places in Bulgaria as we use sorba-freeze to pack frozen items, which keeps them frozen/cool for 48 hours or longer. So, you can safely order your bacon, sausages, pork pies, beefburgers or steak or any frozen goods, safe in the knowledge that they will arrive by courier in perfect condition.
