Hi Ali
I hope you are well?
A study visa requirements will vary from country to country and could also be dependent on what you are studying and would like to Master in.
Immigration Agencies within a specific country would be able to give you a lot of information on the rules and requirements for a study permit - I would take a few countries that you are interested in and compare the requirements to see which ones you are eligble for and narrow it down from there.
I came across a site that attempts to answer questions like yours. I don’t know whether it will supply you with all the answers you need, but try www.WhatPassport.com. It seems to be an online visa and immigration search tool designed to find immigration solutions based on a user’s personal situation.
Hope that helps a bit and good luck
