Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here

Hi Everybody,
Im moving to Cyprus this month. Im a canny Scot, currently living in Dublin. Eventually moving to Cyprus after a year of thinking about it lol. I work abroad so will only be living and not working there.

The one problem i cant decide on is whether to stay in Paphos or Larnaca. Im swaying to Larnaca as i think the facilities etc are better for permanent living. Can anybody offer any advice???

Many thanks

Ali

Hi Ali

Welcome to Expat Focus and good luck with the move to Cyprus.

You mention Larnaca has better facilities than Paphos , if this is for retirement rather than to work, have you thought about renting for 6 months first? Have a look at each area in the winter...this normally gives a better idea.

Please keep in touch and let us know what you decide Cool

Kind regards
Carole
