Hello
I am Gemma, and I live in Popovo Targovishte. I have a real estate company and provide help with all legal and translation aspects when investing in Bulgaria.
I have a seven year old daughter, and me and partner and daughter love living in Bulgaria.
But I also dedicate my time to helping the children of Bulgaria. I am trying to put smiles on their faces and give them things that they need, that they simply can not afford.
I am helping local schools and children's homes and getting donations from the uk to do this.
This year, I have been dedicated to setting up a foundation, non profit organization to try to help the children of Bulgaria to have a better life, education and existence. I struggle to watch whilst so many children can not afford the basic school equipment, or food. Or whilst the local schools can not fix the broken sports stuff or play areas.
In the UK, so many children and Parents throw out good clothes, shoes and toys etc to make room for the newest things. In Bulgaria most of the time, they can not even afford the old models of computers, or toys, and in the villages makes like Nike and Adidas are not important. Having a pair of good winter boots, or shoes is vital and so many can not even afford this.
I have teamed up with my mother, who is living in the uk, Nottingham area, and we are set to make a difference. We are both donated our own time, items, money and energy to this great cause.
We have had some great people donated things, including Tesco. Who have been wonderful giving us a collection of art and crafts equipment for me to go and have a regular craft session with our local school.
But we are now struggling for help to get the items to Bulgaria. I am asking if anybody knows of people driving to Bulgaria, who may have space to throw in a few boxes or single items for us. We would be so appreciative. I want to give these children a magical Christmas this year, and just need help with the finishing touches of delivery.
Also maybe some of you work or know people that work with mail or postal or removal companies, that may be able to help us. Please ask for us. Tesco told us no, but if we had family working in Tesco that could ask then they would look into it. We know have Tesco on our side, and will be giving regular support from them. So please don't be afraid to ask. You can only be told yes, or no.
Please contact us today if you feel you can help us.
Thank you
Gemma and the children of Bulgaria.

Hi Gemma
Welcome to the forum,
I have read your posts and it sounds like you are doing a sterling job, helping the less fortunate Kids. Keep up the good work and most of all, good luck in finding transport
