good luck guys ,do you need a license to open a bar ..does anyone know costs etc
Smile Smile Yes you will need a license to open a bar but not sure of the cost but i wouldn't think i would be high ?

good for you , i`m a butcher by trade and i can see a very good market for high quality meat , especially beef, sausages and bacon so when we are up and running there i`ll give you a call lol

Thanks guys for your thoughts on the subject and a good butcher is a must. We are going to give it a good try as there's not much here in the UK that interests us any more and it's a chalenge !
