Hi,
I need the form for registering UK driving licences with IMTT. Could somebody please point me in the right direction?

Hi Richard - I don't know but have you tried the IMTT web site. The English section is sparse but the Portuguese section is more comprehensive and there are some contact telephone numbers.

copy of form Modelo 1
ID document - original and a copy
fiscal card + copy
driving licence + copy
atestado medico IMP 922 - don't fill in any details + take all ID to doctor when going for exam


cost 30 euros

When I say '+copy' not sure if needed but costs nothing and saves time if you take

Think Modelo 1 printable from IMTT site and any driving school will give a copy of medical form

Just realised this is for exchange of licence - still useful info

For registration of licence, take originals and 2 copies of ID and fiscal and original licence then queue up and fill in form at counter  

You also need your Residencia or Registration of Residence for exchange or registering UK Licence with IMTT, copies of UK D/L should be front & back of photocard and paper counterpart.

As your the expert on all things to do with Rules & Regs here in Portugal I hoped you would understand this reply & post an explanation as to why

I do belive we have both been over this ground once before last year, look it up !
