Hi all. Can anyone give me any good car rental places for Sofia airport.We are coming out to Bulgaria for christmas for 6 wks.Big enough for 4 people and baggage.What should be a good price if anyone knows.Cheers.

several times and they are very reliable. It's kind of rent-a-wreck but the prices are competitive and whenever we have had a problem (bicycle though the windscreen, two flat tyres in one day) they have responded very quickly and helpfully. And in English.

Hi Saskia,thankyou for your help. I noticed in a previous forum you mentioned about a green card for Serbia. How do you go about getting this.  

check out tyhis link www.fco.gov.uk. Your uk insurance comany provide them for approx £15, and whilst you do not NEED one, it does speed up the processed should you get stopped anywhere by the police , and also it helps qujicken the border crossings as well. Another very useful site for travel peace of mind is Ehic, for travel health ins cover in eu countries that is free for ALL uk citizens
