Advertising in the mid page position (ad size: 300 x 250 pixel medium rectangle - image or text) is available on most pages throughout the Expat Focus site except our forum pages (if you would like to include your ad in the forums, please use our top banner instead). Typically we find that ads placed in this mid page position attract the highest click through rates and offer the best return on investment for our advertisers.

Instructions

If you are using Google AdWords (most advertisers)

Step 1. If you are already registered with Google AdWords please login to your account. If you are not yet registered you will need to create an account before continuing.

Step 2. Create a campaign and an ad (either text or image) which you would like to display at Expat Focus.

Step 3. Select the "Networks" tab inside the AdWords interface and then click on "Managed Placements - show details".

Step 4. Click on the "Add placements" button.

Step 5. Click on the "Try the placements tool" link.

Step 6. Search for Expat Focus by entering www.expatfocus.com into the placements tool.

Step 7. Select the following placement: expatfocus.com» Content pages, Middle center

If you are using DoubleClick (typically for agencies or large advertisers)

Step 1. Login to your DoubleClick AdPlanner account.

Step 2. Search by site for expatfocus.com

Step 3. Add the site or individual placements to your media plan as normal.

Custom targeting of a specific country guide (or guides)

While the above methods using AdWords/DoubleClick offer the best value for money, targeting the mid page position within specific country guides at Expat Focus is available on a custom basis for those advertisers who require it.

The rate for country guide targeting in this position is $40 per 1,000 impressions ($40 CPM) with a minimum purchase of 50,000 impressions ($2,000), payment in advance required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
