A choice of Andorran, French or Spanish education is available to the children of residents of the Principality. The education is free and takes pupils up to University entrance. Andorra does not have at present her own University but the pupils educated in Andorra have their final examination homologated by the French and Spanish Universities. Each parish has a primary school for all 3 choices and the main secondary schools are located in the capital.
