An international health certificate APHIS 7001 dated within 10 days of travel is required and it must be endorsed by the USDA if coming from the US. An import permit issued by the Senasa issued by a broker is required prior to entering the country or your pet will sit in customs until one can be obtained for you. Customs is closed at Christmas to incoming pets.
