Renting Property

Chile - Renting Property

Rents vary from city to city but a large apartment or a medium sized house in a large city and in a good area should cost no more than US$700-1000/month. Rental contracts are normally for a year and deposits are required. A month's rent is common as a deposit. Furnished apartments cost more. Unfurnished properties are just that: Unfurnished. You'll usually have to provide your own oven and light fittings.
