Hello all,

I'm living in Turkey and I'm interested to have Satellite TV. I have checked out the service provide by Digiturk, which is nice as they provide customer service in English, but also, I have found that there are a number of shops in Turkey that sell Satellite boxes and Satellite cards.

My question are:

a) Are the cards which are selling on the shops legal?
b) Do these cards pick up other any satellite signals?
c) Can see any channels on them?

If you know or have experience the purchase of these cards, I look forward to hear from you.

RM

Digiturk cannot not be received any other card than original.

U can get many canals without any cards.

I use digiturk and I am happy.

take care

Hi Ecuador,

There are that many systems available so it is hard to tell you which shop is selling the illegal ones, as it can also depend on whether they have a licence to do so. There are some systems that you can find yourself cut off at any time, digiturk is not one of them and to be honest out of all the satellite providers Digiturk is probably the best for aftersalses service.
