Hi All.

Sadly we are selling our Waikawa bay home due medicial reasons, I am a builder and built this house our retirement using only the best materials solid plaster and tile roof, Extra large double garage with store room attached 3 bed master 5x5 metres with ensuite and bath .
This house is only 2 minuits walk from the Waikawa Marina and surounded by quality homes, House across the road of the same size sold before the down turn for $615.000.00, With the down coming we started at 579k but now with my wife's health it's 500.000.00 firm no offers that is below replacement cost and with the marina extentions due to start next year the price can only go back up.
