new to this forum and i was wondering if anyone can help me to try and find this guy, he originally comes from the same town as myself in SCOTLAND. i believe that he is a justice of the peace somewhere in NZ. his name is Ronald W McGuffie,Hawkes Bay
if anyone should know of him, can they let him know that ronnie is asking for him,
