1) You have the right to equal treatment as an EU citizen in accordance with EU law in respect of your eligibility for government subsidies and eco reductions on your water and electricity consumption tariffs:

Whether your home is owner-occupied or rented, most especially if the water and electricity account is in your landlord's name, you are strongly advised to ensure that the number of occupants (including infants) in your household is accurately reflected on the top left-hand corner of your bills. The number of residents registered for billing purposes directly corresponds with your eligibility for government subsidies and eco reductions on your water and electricity consumption tariffs:
