House sitters available for next year.

Hi All,
We, My husband, 2 boys and I are looking for a place to stay for at least 3 months over the winter period in Italy. Preferably in Toscana, Umbria, Lazio or Campania near cities. But we will consider other areas too.
We are looking at September 2010, but if we get an offer we cannot refuse we are willing to come a bit earlier.
We are from Australia and are wanting to experience a different lifestyle. We are a christian family and would love to attend an Assemblies of God church (or similar) while we are staying in Italy.
My husband is a great handyman and gardener and I currently clean private homes, so if you have odd jobs that need to be done during this period we are the ideal family. Also if you know of any Italian families that would like to learn English, I am also completing a TEFL certificate.
If anyone is looking for house sitters for September 2010 through til June 2011 please let me know so that we can start organising all the necessary paperwork etc...
