It's funny, but the All Blacks winning changes the NZ mood!

One of the things I have noticed with my NZ rellies 'attitudes' (I'm writing from Oz) is that they change quite dramatically when the AB's win. After last Saturdays thrashing of the Australian Wallabies, I've had a few 'hello.....how are YOU?' calls from NZ.....s-t-r-a-n-g-e!! They seem to have an air of (I'll call it) wellbeing in their voices and everything is well again in the land of the long white cloud.

I wonder....do the new-Kiwi immigrants feel the same? huh?

From this side of the Tasman, it's different. The Aussies hide from the Kiwis and won't say boo when things like that happen.....their attitude is don't talk about it!' (then quickly change the subject) 'did you see the Australian who won the World upside down bare-bum skateboarding championship in Kwong Chai yesterday, pretty good eh for a 83 year old!!!!' Even when the Maori Golfer Campbell won the American Open, he was (get this!) Australasian!!!

Mind you....I'm with my rellies, I've got a dirty big grin on my face too!!
