Greetings everyone!

I just received an offer from a French company with a branch in Riyadh for a management position. The offer specifics are below. I'd greatly appreciate your input regarding the package and if this qualifies to sustain a decent living with monthly savings (target: 1000 SAR per month)

Info: I am single, 30 and spent the last 10 yrs studying and working in the United States. This culture is going to be something new to me! Rolling Eyes

Salary: 13200 SAR
House rent: 3300 SAR
Transport: 2500 SAR
Bonus: 2 months salary per yr
Telephone: 500 SAR
Utilities: 150 SAR
Shipping: 200 kg allowed free
Air travel and Medical insurance covered by firm.
Vacation: 25 working days per yr.

What do you think? This is just the initial offer and I plan to negotiate with the firm. However your insight will help me focus on specific categories. I would love to stay in a compound but after reading through several forums it seems that'd be out of my budget. Can you also recommend good/serene/safe areas in Riyadh to search for acco.?
