Hi,
My partner might have a job in North Carolina.If so will we get a visa and if so which one and how long does it take?I know that is a lot but the company have said the visa is our resposibility.Help!!!!

If your partner has been offered a job by a US company then the company would have to apply on his behalf for an H1B. The visa would be theirs and not his. You can research this visa at www.workpermit.com _________________ Kirstie Wilson

If you want to fly cheap for the holidays...you have to buy your tickets about six months in advance...and even then, you might not be able to...peak times are expensive because the airline's know that the people are willing to pay higher prices to see their families, and they can gouge the business travelers...
