My dad lived in Holland for about 12 years,but sadly died on the 1 of September 09. my dads wife (my stepmother) still is in Holland she wants my birth certificate she says its the law, i have never been to Holland.can someone please explain the dutch law to me and why there need my birth certificate.i don't think my dad made a will.x
