Welcome to the expats Canada forum.

In order to be able to work in the Human Resources field in Canada, you would need to take at least a one year University level training course, in Canada , to learn our employment laws and regulations. Each of the 10 Provinces in Canada has it's own set of laws about hiring, employment equity, internal discipline, and a wide range of regualtions to do with employment standards and fairness .

In addition, companies that are subject to Federal Government of Canada regulations have a seperate and different employment standards act, that they must comply with. Those are companies that operate all across Canada, like the railways, and the air lines, and trucking companies.

With out having graduated from such a training program, from a University in Canada, you are of little practical use to a Canadian employer.

A final point.........there are hundreds of Canadians who DO have those HR qualifications, who are NOT working now. You would be very un-likely to be hired here, even in a very junior position, as a HR office clerk.

I would suggest looking at an other country, not Canada.
