Hi, my wife and I have bought a house in the village of Nedan, near pavlekeni in the Veliko turnovo region. We would love to hear from anyone living in the pavlekeni area. We plan to use the house for hollidays at first and then retire there in three years time when our daughter will be eighteen and going to university. Any helpfull advice or just a general chat will be more than welcome

Sorry not a village I am familiar with but lots of Brits up that way so am sure you'll meet loads of people in time.

Welcome to the forum and Bulgaria! I hope you will like it.
I'm not a Brit, but a local, and I'm not in your area - I live in Varna.
However, if I can be of any help to you regarding Bulgaria, Bg issues ... etc, I will be happy to assist you.
Actually the town I was born in is located near your area - its name is Lovech. My husband and I visit it very often.
