increase in maintenance fee

hello, is there any one who knows any sort of law in bulgaria that makes the management puts up his fees 3 times more than all the owners have been paying , most of the apartments are just being used by the owners 2 weeks in a year. unyet the management wants to charge 1400 euros per year, and he wants everybody to pay up befor the mid of january..

can he do this....?....

Where and what is it you own??

Is it because they want you to let them out. This sort of thing happened with timeshares when the owners made it not worthwhile owning, and when people waked away from it they sell it again

Somehow you need to get all the owners together to try and resolve the situation

My friend owns an apartment in a ski resort, in a hotel, they let it out when not in use, and she gets all her fees pain and a small profit
