Hi all you holiday home owners. If anyone is interested in selling a share(eg. 25%) of their holiday home I would love to hear from you. Perhaps you are wanting to buy yourself another property but are short of cash, this could be the answer you are looking for.
Please call me on 01482 352733 or email christine @ englandsrose.net or post your reply here.

manythanks
christine

Hi Questbulgaria
What do you not understand about my topic. If it is not clear please tell me. the point I am making is I cant afford to buy an expensive property outright.

Hi
I think you could also try to find 3 other friends to find and buy a place between yourselves and that way you get to pick your area and position
Could be a good long term investment,.
Any family interested?

PS. I understood your firt post

Alternatively you could buy more inland and have a place to yourself for a very small sum

Hi jjmmdd
I appreciate your comments but i have already done what you suggest.
we are 4 ladies travelling to stara zagora region 1st march (we have not met each other yet, will do this on 1st march. all searching for property or land, the others who have families are planning to buy cheaper property whereas i prefer to put my cash towards a 25% share in a luxury villa with a swimming pool. If i buy a cheap property it will be stood empty 75% of the year. There are some lovely properties in bulgaria for £75k. I would be content to own 25% and go there on holiday for a few weeks. There are fractional ownership websites but these are for the wealthy people. eg a share in a property/yacht/plane costs a minimum of £150k for a 25% share.
I was thinking of buying in yambol but i believe you had your windows broken at your property in yambol. When i read this it really put me off.

Hi
And no that was not me, my place in Obrochishte has never been under threat
And yes I also know what you are getting at by sharing a nice villa, usually out of our price range to own outright, and this is a better way than timeshare. Anyway I wish you well in your quest

Englandsrose,

Why will a cheap property stand empty for 75% of the year - why can you not buy a cheaper property, spend some money doing it up and then have a lovely luxury smaller house for same money you would otherwise spend on a 25% share. Obviously could not use straight away but maybe a better option so you can sell when you want and use when you want.

If you want something you can immediately move into or stay at then I guess you will need to spend more.

Rachel

Hi travelbug

If I buy in bulgaria then I need to know that the property will be to the same standard of my uk property. Any property I plan to let has to be presentable in order for me to maintain my good reputation I have with my existing contacts including any holiday let advertising I propose to do on the internet. Holiday lets have to meet certain standards.
