• Property listings are currently accepted for many popular expat locations (see our search page for the full list). If you wish to submit listings for a location not yet listed just email us at admin@expatfocus.com and we'll be happy to add it.
• The annual fee for an estate agent's account at Expat Focus is $99. Once registered, you may add and maintain up to 200 properties in our listings database.
• You may include your company's full contact details with each listing.
• Add a virtual tour to your listing at no extra charge!
• Listings may remain active for up to 6 months.

Private Advertisers

• Ads are currently accepted for the most popular expat locations (see our search page for the full list).
• The fee for posting a single ad is $49.
• Ads run for a period of six months.
• To submit your ad please email the following to admin@expatfocus.com:
  

  - A description of the property, up to 500 words, including the property type (e.g. house, apartment, etc.), number of bedrooms, whether it is offered for sale or rent, its availability and price in Euros.

  - The full address of the property.

  - A maximum of 3 photos (each photo may be up to 100K in size and up to 700 pixels wide.)

  - Your contact details, including your full name, phone number, email address and where appropriate, web site.

• Finally, pay for the listing using the following button. Once your payment has been received your property will be listed and you will receive a notification by email:
