Hi...thought this may be of interest British Consulate and Department of Work and Pensions/Department of Health to visit Benitachell, Alicante (01/02/2010) The British Consulate is holding an open event for British residents in Benitachell on Wednesday 10th February, presenting advice services on some of the issues that matter most to residents. The Pension, Benefit and Healthcare Team will provide essential information on UK entitlements in Spain and the services that their team can offer. The British Vice-Consul will open the session and explain the role of the Consulate, and the services it offers. The B2 allows you to be here in the US for approx 6 months out of 12. You can come on one and then get an extension for another 6 months but then you would have to leave for a year, unless you can find another immigration route while you are here in that time. However, DO NOT tell the immigration officer at the port of entry that is your intention. The B2 is a tourist visa and you will have to be able to prove that you can support yourself financially for the time you intend to be here. As for schooling for your children, I believe it will be possible for them to attend school, but I would check with the school board in the state you are intending to go to.

A good example of merchandising/licensing is when a range of toys or products are released to promote a film or TV series, e.g. Star Wars, Toy Story, Transformers, The Simpsons, etc. ). They have a client base consisting of some of the biggest names in the entertainment and licensing industry, such as Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount, MTV, Mattel and Harley Davidson. THE JOB: They are seeking an individual to assist their clients through all stages of the supply process, from sales support (this is NOT a sales position – there will be no sales pressure on you!) to implementation, installation, configuration, project management, training, quality assurance and then support & client relationship management post-implementation. The sales support aspect of the role consists of simply demonstrating the product, NOT selling it! Therefore, we need a confident individual who would relish the prospect of going out and meeting clients, not someone for whom this would be a concern. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The experience required for this role is as follows: • A technical background in I.T. and software • Previous experience in client-facing situations as well as strong customer service experience. AND EITHER: • Experience brand merchandising/licensing, ideally of consumer products, but experience in licensing music, film or TV is acceptable too. OR: • Experience in Royalty Accounting Please note the above experience is essential. You need the software background plus either licensing experience or royalties experience.
