I know of... err "someone" Rolling Eyes who only registered his UK licence years after getting residency and not a word said. Is this something new that you MUST change and can't just register an EU licen ...

It costs money to cancel a registration(which has to be done so you're no billed for road tax in future) and that's why some of these places will take your car but not do the work or pay the cash to d ...
