I have a collegue of mine looking for a flat to rent. She is looking near Acima and L'ecole Francaise where her young son attends. How big are your flats?

For a good wifi spot to hang out would be Kechmara in Gueliz. A trendy little spot and quite good for lunch and a beer. Good music as well. My first hang out and still one of my spots to have a beer. ...
