ACs in Cairo?

Does anyone know where I can buy good, cheap ACs in Cairo? Is it better to buy now or wait for the summer when there is more competition?
I am getting silly prices like 6000LE for a 4 Horse Power AC. ...

As an expat, i know this may sound mean but i only tip when i think someone has deserved it. If i give on a regular basis then i have realised that it becomes part of my payment.

I would agree...$70 is too much. I used to pay about 50 Egyptian pounds in Jordan at Toni&Guy.
