Moving to Croatia

Post Posted: Mon Dec 03, 2007 1:34 am

My husband and I are looking at moving to Croatia from the US and would like to connect with any expats currently living there or people planning to move there.

Here are a couple of my questions, in case anyone knows the answer to these:

Do residents commonly have their own washer and dryer?

Do they drive on the right-hand side of the road?

Thanks,
Cynthia

Hi, I'm moving to Zagreb in a couple of weeks. My partner is from the city and I've spent a fair amount of time there.

Most have their own washer, but possibly/probably not dryer. They do drive on thr right-hand side, also.

If you're looking for somewher to live you could try realestatecroatia.com or rost.hr but the second of these does not have an English translation.

Croatia is extremely gorgeous and a valuable place to visit I really love this country. Below are the best places where you can enjoy your tour:
• Kornati National Park
• Zagreb
• Dubrovnik
• Korcula
Moreover, Mljet National Park is also the top tourist attraction in Croatia.
