Jordan Anyone???

Post Posted: Fri May 09, 2008 4:22 am

Has anyone been to Jordan or has plans to go to Jordan? If so please either share your fond memories of this wonderful place or ask any questions that you may need answering in order to make your visit an enjoyable one. We will try our best to answer Very Happy

I have so many fond memories in Jordan but the one that sticks to mind the most is the period which I call the great ‘white Amman’. During January 2008 it snowed so much in Amman that, majority of the Jordanian transport infrastructure came to a standstill. It was declared a public holiday. It was great. Most people were out playing, making snowmen or having snow fights. I could not believe that it snowed in the Middle East. I would love to see the great ‘White Amman’ again Laughing
