Anyone have property in Bulgaria they would swap for Austria

We have a traditional 3 or 4 bedroom ski property for sale in southern Austria (Carinthia), just minutes from Nassfeld ski resort and very close to Weissbriach and Weissensee (famous for ice-skating). The house has a large kitchen/dining area, large entrance hall, lounge, office or downstairs bedroom, 3 further bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. There is also a wood shed and work room and a large loft which could be converted to a separate apartment or more living space or bedrooms. There are also former animal housing and a garden of around 450 sqm. The total living area is 128 sqm and the land is 730sqm. The house has recently been redecorated everywhere and well kept. Situated in a traditional farming village only 5km from Hermagor, there is a shop and restaurant. The ski bus goes from close to the house.

We are looking for offers of around 99,000 Euros but would also be very interested in an exchange for property in Bulgaria.

Our reason for selling is that we wish to base ourselves permanently in Bulgaria, where we already have our main home. The Austrian property has been used as a ski property for a number of years. But our circumstances have now changed and so we are looking to sell the place in Austria.

We would consider an exchange for property in Bulgaria. We are open to locations but would prefer close to Sofia, Borovets, Pamporovo or possibly the coast. Obviously property values in Bulgaria tend to be a fair bit lower than in other countries in western Europe, so we are looking for a property plus cash but again we are open to various suggestions and would also take a car (ideally small 4x4) in part exchange as well. Of course maybe you have property in or very close to Sofia that you would like to exchange or a large house very close to the coast with a similar value.
