I understand the figures to be:

1 person needs €650 per month, then in annual figures:

2 member family = €8732
3 member family= €12327
4 member family= €15932

If you are on your own, a big bank account in a Spanish account and a credit card sometimes will suffice.

Don't forget to enquire about healthcare requirements.

Steve
