Cost of Living in Kuala Lumpur - waiting for Offer

Hi,
I am currently in India Delhi my monthly salary is 7.3K Ringgit (Converted INR in Ringgit).
I got job within my company in Kuala Lumpur, office is located in Bukit Jelutong.

I am waiting for Salary offered.

I am planning to move with my family (wife - non working , son 9 year old).

If i consider international schooling for my son, 2 BHK Flat on rent, Local Car & 3.5K monthly saving what shell be the minimum salary I supposed to get on monthly basis.

Pl help me so that I can negotiate my salary.
