Autonomos and Pensions
Subforums: Property for Sale/Rent
I am a British national. I have been living and paying autonomos as a self-employed person in Spain for 5 years and not paying NI in the UK. (I've been paying tax in Spain of course too.)
I plan to move back to the UK within the next 3 years and I don't know what the pension implications will be. Will I lose everything I've paid in Spain? Will I need to catch up 8 years of NI payments in Britain?
Many thanks for any help.
