Have you tried speaking to Telepac or Sapo rather then MEO? I know they are all part of the same group but it does seem the left hand doesn't know and isn't the slightest bit interested in what the right hand is doing!
Also sent you PM.

Its nothing to do with my settings . Its an internal Meo problem which for some reason they won't address or even let me know why it can't be resolved. The problem with Meo is that there is noone to escalate the problem to ; the most senior people available are the supervisors .There just doesn't appear to be any mechanism to resolve the problem

Not totally correct as far as the escalation process is concerned. Go into a MEO shop and ask to make a complaint to the Administration Office. You will be given a form to complete in a similar way to making an entry in the book. We had a resolution to our problem the same day using this route.

Good luck!
