Market for resale Villa’s in Cyprus

Post Posted: Wed Feb 28, 2018 10:25 pm

I’m looking at Cyprus as a potential location for retirement, probably the Paphos area. Many years ago I worked in the Larnaca area for a while and my memory is that selling a property could be a very long process; it seemed that there were so many new properties that not many people would be interested in buying a resale one.

Is this still an issue? I’ve heard that resale market is better in the Paphos area than Larnaca. I would appreciate any up to date information thank you.

In Paphos area, the resale market is better. But if you want to resale your property you can consult with a real estate agency in Cyprus that can help you in a better way. For this, i can suggest you Recyprus which is a registered Real Estate agency in Cyprus that gives you the restrictive information about Cyprus property listing homes, apartments, villa, hotels, shops, Real Estate markets and patterns in different locations as per demands. I am suggesting you this because I have also recently made a deal with it for my house in Cyprus. It is very trustworthy agency so if you want you can also search and consult with it because it deals in all areas of Cyprus. Hope you find this helpful.
