Moving to Den Haag/Nederland: preliminary questions
Hello, I am planning my move to Den Haag for April 2019, and am starting my search for housing. Can anyone help me with the following?
1. I read somewhere (forgot which article/website exactly) that it's best to only register with one real estate agency, as all agencies have access to the same rental inventory. Is this correct?
2. If it is correct, in you opinion & experience which agencies are the best? (My scenario is outlines below)
3. Are there any other website, forums, online classifieds (besides Craigslist and Facebook Groups) where I can post my "Housing needed" advertisement?
4. Any other suggestions, pointers, etc. Thank you!
Any advice or insider info much appreciated!
Maybe you should look at Tranio agency, it seems that the choice of Netherland properties is quite wide out there. Price range is also wide. I didn't actually looked for real estate in Netherland, but they helped me a lot to find a proper Greece property. And yes, I don't think that all agencies are absolutely the same as they have access to the same rental inventory... At first, if you have even a quick look at them, the number of real estate offers, the prices and conditions of purchase vary greatly... At second, some of them have their own benefits... like Tranio do not collect any extra taxes that's why I think they worth attention
