Hi Gabrijel,

Did you find out the information you were looking for?

As far as I'm aware, a hotel that you will stay in can sponsor your tourist visa, but it is worth checking directly with imigration. be aware that each emirate has it's own rules - broadly the same, but you need to bel clear if you were flying into Dubai or Abu dhabi for example, that the same rule applied.

Any resident friend in the UAE (any nationality I think) can also sponsor a tourist visa, but I think there is a deposit to pay? best to check direct with imigration.

The Dubai imigration number is below
00971 4 398 0000

You can try to apply for a transit visa to KSA at a small office for transit visas. It’s located in the main building of Dubai M post. Make sure you have all your other visas before you apply for KSA because the Saudis want to be sure that you leave the country again. Apply for a transit visa for 72 hours

Travelers who are stopping over the UAE with confirmed onward journeys can obtain transit visas upon arrival. The transit visa is free for the first two days (48 hours). It can be extended for up to four days (96 hours) for a minimal fee of AED 50. Transit visas can be obtained at express counters across UAE airports.
