""Transmission differences mean that British and North American televisions and video recorders do not work in Spain. Spanish terrestrial TV is available, as well as excellent satellite reception (favoured by expats). Satellite receivers need a built-in Videocrypt decoder – you can even import your own dish and receiver and install them yourself. There is no TV licence fee in Spain""

I've just read this on the expat info sheets - does this mean my tv won't work after all???
HELP

onHi Pink Natalie

I have an english TV and VCR set up and working. I can watch and record Spanish TV and Sky. My Sky was purchased here in Spain and I have had no probs.

So maybe someone is confused or maybe they shouldn't work but do. Who knows you get different info from different people.

Good Luck.
