Residency

Post Posted: Thu Jun 29, 2006 4:03 am

Just looking for some advice concerning residency, i have been in spain for 3 months now & registerd myself (empadronamiento) living in my mothers house, i am of independent means financially, although i have no bank account here in spain, i withdraw enough once a month from a cash machine from england.

in order to apply for residency do i need to demonstrate my financial means while in spain, medical insurence etc ?

also does the residency card also include an N.I.E so as i can take work once found?

any advice greatly appreciated

Hello notre1dame,
Welcome to Expat Focus, Sorry I missed your post yesterday but have been busy, concerning your question about Residency here in Spain. If you would take a look at my website below you will find all the information you are looking for.

Look under Residency in Spain. Good Luck.
