Help!

Post Posted: Thu Nov 01, 2007 2:45 pm

I am 53 years old with a partner. I reside in what is now called UK.inc! I would really like to move to Goa/buy house/permenant residency. Have enough cash but could start business if neccessary. So far I can not find info on this forum that is clear enough to understand. Can anybody please tell me what to do first and are there any conditions that may stop me.

This forum isn't very good for India so I would suggest that you visit www.britishexpats.com or www.indiamike.com and read those posts on buying property in India. If you are a foreign national then it is illegal to buy property in India but doing some research will tell you this. Visaa are another minefield. I know of people who live in Goa full time but still have to leave the country every 180 days as they have only been granted tourist visas.
