New Kids on the block

Post Posted: Tue Feb 01, 2005 2:55 pm

G,day all. Just joined up. Pleased to see lots of Western Algarve notices. My wife and I are in the process of buying in Espartal just up the road from Vallhe De Tahle Aljezur (apologies for my lousy memory and ignorance of Portuguese.) We expect to be out there by July.Would like to be in contact with ex-pats of any nationality.

Anyone shipped horses out there? Would especially like to contact those people. Will be looking to rent/share a field/paddock.
My e-mail address is Paul.reynolds2 @ baesystems.com
All contacts will be resonded to.

Best Wishes

Paul & Sandra Reynolds

Hi Paul and Sandra,

A warm welcome to Expat Focus and our forums, glad to hear you are well on the way to the expat lifestyle you've been promising yourself!

There are some great people in these forums, and you'll see that the Portugal forum in particular has taken off recently.
About finding a field to rent for your horse/s, I did find this site about a riding centre not too far away..strikes me that they'll know all the places where you might find space for your horses?? Maybe...:

Let us know how you get on with everything, and best of luck,

Jo
