Post Posted: Wed Jan 11, 2006 9:39 pm

Hi my name is James. I'm 15 and I live in Korea. I lived in Canada for 7 years but got deported cause our visa expired. My dad was cought drinking and driving and I heard you had to get a apology from the province or the country not sure. So can anyone tell me a way or the stpes of getting a work visa in this situation? And my dad's career is a chef.
Thanks for reading

If your Father was deported from Canada, for breaking our laws, he will NOT be allowed to return to Canada, at all.

Sorry.

No he wasn't deported because he broke one of the laws. It was that he was deported cause of his Visa was expired.

Sorry that IS breaking the law. A visa has a definite date of expiry, and if you over-stay, you ARE breaking our laws.

If you and your family don't follow the laws in Canada, you will be forced to leave the country, which is what happened isn't it?

Try another country.
