Look for fund to built cottage in Samui

Post Posted: Mon May 14, 2007 11:27 am

We have rented land on the beach. This beachfront land is 140 meters long the beach with one end 20 meters wide and the other end is 3 meter wide. It is in Bo Phut north of Koh Samui opposite Koh Phangan. It is 4 kms to airport, 3 kms to Chaweng beach and 1 km to Fisherman village. The rent is 2 years extendable term. This land is located between My Friend Bungalow and private house on the other side.

The cottage is now under construction. Within the rented beachfront area we plan to build 10 cottages, 50-seated seafood restaurant, bar and fence. Each single beachfront cottage is made of brick covered with wood both in and outsides, wood floor, thatch roof, western toilet and terrace.

We are looking for additional fund of one million baht to complete the project. Please contact: sresawat9 @ hotmail.com

Thanks,

Theerapot “Troy” Sresawat

Currently, the restaurant is opened from 8am to 8pm. But still looking and waiting for some fund may be 200,000 Baht to build some simple 4 cottages for rent.

well, good luck with that. i find it hard to justify adding new rooms to samui right now as it is completely oversaturated. hotel owners tell me every day they are feeling the pinch, too many rooms, not enough flights.
