Highlands of Malaysia

Post Posted: Tue Oct 02, 2007 8:01 pm

I plan to move next year to Malaysia on the MM2H scheme and would like to know if any expats have decided to live in the highlands rather than the coast. If so what is life like there and where are you? I would prefer to live somewhere cooler and away from tourists where there is peace and quiet but at the same time some sports facilities etc as I enjoy bird watching, hiking and tennis. I am a lone female.
Looking forward to hearing from someone.
