Moving to BiH [Bosnia and Herzegovina]
My name is Kelly. I am a US passport holder and am wanting to move to BiH. I had heard so much about it from a Varity of friends of mine so I went there last year for vacation and fell in love with the city.
My question is for those of you that live there how did you go about getting your permanent resident visa and or citizenship? I have tried to contact the embassy but have not been successful in getting an answer. if anyone could help i would really appreciate it.
I am also a little apprehensive about just picking up and making such a big leap. But I know this is something that i am ready to do. Something that I need to do for me and if I don’t then I will just regret it for the rest of my life.
I also wanted to know if it is easy to find a job there. Mostly for something to do. I want to buy up some of the property's that are repossessed in the states right now and rent them out for a long haul investment. But I want the opinion of people that are more knowledgeable in this area. I am young and want the advice of those who have walked this road before me. I would LOVE to talk to anyone who could give me advice either about my adventure in whole or more specifically in this area.
I need as much info as I can get and am more then willing to listen to someone who has a few more years practice at this. Thank you for your time and consideration.
