Moving to Thai ( Need help )

I am Malaysian who stay in Penang. And my girlfriend was in Bangkok, she is Thai, and i am planning to stay with her together, and get married, but i don't know how....
First i plan to work in Bangkok, is there anyone can rec. me where i can find a job?
Or anyone know what is the procedure of migrate?

If you get married with your Thai girl friend, it would be easier to get visa to stay in Thailand. If not, you can be under tourist visa that need to go out of the country every 3 months to stamp the visa and come back again. To work here, you need to be hired from the company in order to get work permit. May be there's other solutions but this is the only way I know. Not sure this will discourage you or not.
